Q: I have requested a withdrawal but want to continue playing; do I have to cancel the request or have to make another deposit?

Q: Why has my withdrawal request been returned to my balance and why was I not informed?
If we do not have sufficient information to process the payment (account number is missing etc) or your account has not been verified our cashier will return the funds to your balance. - Once the amount is transferred from your Bitcoin wallet, you may update your status in the Deposit tab by clicking 'Check Status'. The transaction will be confirmed and automatically added to your balance within 10-20 minutes.
