All withdrawals are processed within 48 hours of being requested. Fees apply to withdrawals by bank wire. The withdrawal fees will be deducted from your Exclusive account balance and not the withdrawal amount.

Please note that your first withdrawal might take a bit longer due to standard security checks that must be done by our Fraud department. Unfortunately, we cannot process withdrawals to a Credit Card. If the deposit was done through a Credit Card, the player may only withdraw funds through bank wire. Exclusive Casino may offer alternative withdrawal options on an individual and ad-hoc basis.
All deposits by Credit Card will require that the player completes the Exclusive Casino verification form before Exclusive Casino will proceed with the withdrawal process. The verification form must be properly printed, clearly filled out and either faxed back or scanned and emailed to Exclusive Casino.
Please note that according to our Terms and Conditions, no withdrawal will be processed until we will receive the filled Verification Form and the following documents:
- A legible photocopy of a valid ID, including picture.
- Photocopies of the front and back of your credit/debit card.
- A copy of recent utility bill (90 days or less) or mail that contains name and address as registered on your player account.
Please note that all the requested withdrawal’s status will remain as “requested” for 24 hours from the time they are requested. During this period, the player can reverse the withdrawal.
All withdrawals will be processed within 48 hours excluding weekends for approved members. Any withdrawals that are requested Friday’s after 3:00 GMT would be processed on Monday.
Payments will be processed within 48 hours after the 24 hours reversible period ; this however does not include the time for payment provider to credit the funds to your account. A maximum of $5000 (Five Thousand US Dollars) will be sent per week, all balances will be sent in increments of $5000 the following week(s).
Bank wire withdrawals
